Welcome to the
ReMinder Program:

Learn to Improve Cognitive Function without Drugs

You are invited

to join us...

Our ReMinder Olfactory Enrichment Training is focused on cognitive vitality and mental acuity. The principles of the ReMinder program are founded on a process called Olfactory Enrichment Training (OET).

Over the past several years, much exciting research has come to light about the importance of the partnership between the health of the olfactory system and cognitive wellness. There is overwhelming evidence indicating that cognitive decline can be both detected and reignited via the function of the Olfactory System and intranasal therapies.

You will learn about the amazing results being achieved through the simple practice of OET and intranasal therapies. Studies are increasingly showing consistent improvement in mental acuity with no negative side effects. One of the latest studies showed a 226% improvement in memory in 6 months!

Neuroplasticity, simply put, is the brain's ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections throughout lifeResearch shows the brain continues to produce new neural cells each and every day regardless of your age. To see more about how smell is linked to brain health, check out some of our Blog posts. With all this amazing information in mind, we invite YOU to explore neuroplasticity for yourself!

The ReMinder Olfactory Enrichment Training program includes a guided tour of the Olfactory System and how it works for brain health. We will learn and discuss methods of Olfactory Enrichment Training featuring aromatherapy, which have shown incredible results in scores of studies. The entire program spans 6 months and includes:

       - Initial private consultation with assessments*

       - Initial smell test

       - Four 1 hour classes

       - Course materials and supplies

       - Four Aromatherapy Panels

       - Concluding consultation with assessments*

       - Concluding smell test

       - Personal coaching with a Certified Aromatherapist

       - Life-time access to classes and updated course materials

         * completed in-person or virtual

Here is what some world-renowned scientists have to say about Neurological health and olfactory training:

“Scientists have long known that the loss of olfactory capacity, or ability to smell, can predict development of nearly 70 neurological and psychiatric diseases. These include Alzheimer’s and other Dementias, Parkinson’s, schizophrenia and alcoholism.” You can read more about this phenomenal study published by UCI Center for the Neurobiology of Learning and Memory here.

"EOs are an almost inexhaustible source of molecules with different activities at a cellular level, which include antioxidants and anti-inflammatory effects... These properties could be effectively exploited for slowing down or blocking neurodegenerative processes."

"Inhalation aromatherapy has shown unique advantages for treating mood disorders, especially depression, anxiety and mental disorders such as sleep disorder, which have been validated over the last decade through clinical and animal studies... We conclude that aromatherapy does not cause side-effects, which is vastly different from commonly used psychotropic drugs..."

PMID: 35496310; PMCID: PMC9041268.

"OT (Olfactory Training) is also associated with increases in the volume/size of olfactory-related brain regions, including the olfactory bulb and hippocampus, and altered functional connectivity. Interestingly, these positive effects were not limited to patients with smell loss (i.e., hyposmia & anosmia) but normosmic (i.e., normal ability to smell) participants benefitted as well."

Ambient Wellness Essentials developed the ReMinder program to help people navigate pertinent studies, specific practices, qualified tests, and valuable time involved in a successful OET routine. We are simply over the moon about the scores of studies showing that such a simple, healthy, and proven routine can literally change your mind about wellness!

Your sense of smell is processed faster than any other sense; faster than eyesight. It is the first primary sense. Babies can smell before they can see. It directly and immediately affects the limbic system and signals the amygdala and hippocampus repeatedly.  What does that mean? It triggers emotion and memory faster and more permanently than any other sense. Perhaps most importantly, your sense of smell is symbiotic with brain health.

Whether you have suffered from loss of smell (anosmia) or not (a normal sense of smell is known as normosmia), your sense of smell can predict cognitive decline and Neurologically Degenerative Diseases. It can also be a key factor in cognitive revitalization.
