Clays help to draw out excess oils and irritants, and balance the skin's Ph levels. Clay poultices are excellent for helping drawing blood to the surface of the skin; thus, stimulating circulation and detoxifying while drawing nutrients and oxygen the epidermis. This results in a softer, smoother, youthful appearance.
Clays are also known for being nutrient dense. When mixed into a poultice, these nutrients become available to the skin - an added bonus to mud masks!
French Green Clay is helpful especially for absorbing excess oils without drying the skin or clogging pores. This clay is a gentle friend to the skin.

100% French Green Clay. Vegan.
Directions
For maintenance and exfoliation, stir 1 TBS of clay with 1 oz of liquid. Blend into a silky mud and smooth onto desired area, let dry for 15 minutes then rinse away completely. Ideal components for mixing include clean water, tea (fresh brewed and cooled black/green/herbal), or your favorite hydrosol. Repeat weekly.
Using a French Green Clay poultice on the arm pits occassionally can help ease profuse sweating and odor. Apply mud poultice, leave for 10 minutes and rinse away completely.
Product Care and Safety Instructions
Seal tightly and store in a cool dry place. External use only. Avoid eyes and mucus membranes. Keep away from children and pets. Discontinue use if sensitivity occurs. Use only as directed.
